October 30th 2012  we lost a bright, energetic, vibrant, intelligent soul. Robert "Rob G" Barrett was more than another local artist I posted on Only4TheReal.com, he was my friend. Rob G and T.O. Da Prezident were the first artist I shot a video for, I attended countless shows and events with him and countless "sessions" arguing rap, and just all around Real Nigga Shit. Rob G was just a real ass nigga that just happened to rap, I don't know the details behind his death but it's just sad such a positive and God fearing man could be taken from us so soon. Remember this face, save me a place Rob. You will be sorely missed.
